Join Active Carlow for an Inclusive Multi-Activity Morning on March 4th from 9:45am to 1:30pm.

Enjoy a fun and welcoming late morning of activities including Taekwondo, Yoga, and Line Dancing. This event is specially designed for women aged 18+ with additional needs, offering a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone to take part and have fun.
