We had our staff Christmas party on Dec 14th at the Woodford Dolmen and I can honestly say everyone was delighted with the hotel and its facilities. The staff were pleasant and friendly, our check in was efficient and quick. The service in the bar and function room was excellent and the meal was very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the night.
Christmas Party night at the Woodford Dolmen Hotel is very special. From the beautiful lobby to the warmth of the rooms and the staff. Entertainment is fantastic . The food and service excellent, the staff are the friendliest I've met. This was my third party night at the Woodford Dolmen with many more to come I hope.
"Our Christmas night experience couldn’t have been more flawless. From the very beginning of booking the guest rooms and the function room. Out of 350 guests there was not one single issue. All the staff from the front desk to the food service and to the bars, were helpful and pleasant. Emails and phone calls are always replied to promptly which is a big issue I have when dealing with other hotels. And there’s the venue itself. Two big function rooms that can be sectioned off into smaller configurations to suit anyone’s needs. Ample secure car parking and a spacious residents bar that catered easily for our large contingent of guests. Our food arrived on the minute and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating as regards to us providing our own live music in the residents bar.
